By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

V A L I D A T I O N

You must declare having read and accepted the present general sales conditions before placing an order. The validation of your order means you accept the Terms.

P A Y M E N T

We use electronic payment system [*] for quick and secure online payments. We accept paying methods such as Bancontact, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and also various Belgian bank applications.

Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When the transaction is completed, the shipping process will start.

O R D E R S

Once your order request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. This will be followed by another email once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you check these for any out-of-stock items you will not be receiving.

Our product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock.

Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances.

Once you made your purchase, you will receive an invoice from 320Records.

No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT. All orders dispatched to EU countries have to have VAT included.

We reserve all rights to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

S H I P P I N G    A N D    D E L I V E R Y

All orders are delivered through Bpost (Belgian National Postal Servce).

The arrival of your package depends on the country you live in. National deliveries can take up from 1 to 3 days while the Rest of the world can take up to 14 days and more. We put everything into work to process your order as quickly as possible.

Please take into account that these timings imply business days and do not include weekend delivery.

Please note that we will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing defect. We cannot be held responsible for lost, broken or damaged packages after shipment.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Order cancellations will be done through a refund code equal to the amount of the order, or through a refund minus 5% of the order amount and minus 1 euro service costs.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
